Guide for releasing addresses on the firewall for robot use
The use of firewalls, whether software or hardware-based, is common in many companies to filter harmful network traffic and prevent its propagation. If your company uses a firewall whitelist to restrict network access only to specific sites or software, it is crucial to ensure that our Disputar application can run on your machine smoothly.
For this purpose, it is necessary to allow communication on certain ports and addresses. Below, we provide all the necessary information to facilitate access to Disputar on your network.
Ports
The bidding robot requires communication on two specific ports:
- TCP 443: Essential for all communication with our services and portals, via HTTPS.
- UDP 123: Used for clock synchronization with Brasília time. However, only one of the communications uses this port, and further information will be provided below.
Addresses
For the proper operation of the bidding robot, it needs to communicate with various addresses. For most firewall or proxy systems, we recommend specifying a DNS name whitelist for Disputar. Below, we list the addresses essential for the operation of our tool:

Observations:
In the addresses used for connection verification, it is sufficient to enable only one of the two. Specifically, the speedtest is used for two purposes:
- Test the activation of HTTPS communication (curl).
- Evaluate connection speed to ensure satisfactory internet performance.
For the first case, it is essential that the speedtest be enabled to allow this verification, especially during events such as bidding disputes, if your company does not wish to grant access to Google.
For the second situation, although less crucial, the bidding robot uses this information only to notify the user if the internet speed does not meet our minimum standards. Additionally, allowing speedtest speed testing on a firewall can be inconvenient because when performing communication for testing, it brings a list of several servers based on proximity.
Following, we present the list of portal addresses. We emphasize that these are not mandatory, as the company may choose to release only the portals in which it participates in disputes.
